Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Engineer to join our team at Pepperl+Fuchs GmbH. As a Proposal Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers, agents, and sales team in the Process Automation department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and provide technical quotations and preliminary designs to demonstrate solutions to customers.
  • Provide delivery schedules, order entry, and assist with inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Engage with customers to understand their specific requirements and offer suitable solutions.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including Engineering, Finance, Procurement, and Logistics functions.
  • Utilize various tools, such as MRP systems, EDM, AutoCAD, CRM, and Microsoft Office.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Expertise in utilizing engineering drawing packages, preferably AutoCAD.
  • Knowledge of power distribution and motor control is highly regarded.
  • Possess a professional work ethic and able to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge and exposure to various MRP and CRM software, as well as Microsoft Office.
