As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement and satisfaction across the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to conceptualize and execute innovative marketing strategies that resonate with our diverse customer base.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background in Marketing or a related field, with a proven track record of leading small teams and developing effective marketing plans. They will also be well-versed in consumer behavior and have excellent attention to detail.

The position requires a high level of adaptability, as you will need to work closely with various stakeholders to achieve common goals. A keen eye for innovation and thought leadership is essential, as you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing Centre Marketing Plans: Create comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive customer engagement.
  • Leading Small Teams: Foster a collaborative environment and provide guidance to team members to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Centre Communications/Content Plan: Oversee the development and implementation of a content plan that effectively engages customers across owned, earned, and bought channels.
  • Annual Centre Event Program: Conceptualize and deliver an annual event program that showcases the centre's offerings and fosters customer loyalty.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing/Business discipline
  • Experience within Marketing and leading small teams
  • Understanding of consumer behaviour
  • Attention to detail and excellence in execution
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
