About This Opportunity

Highly motivated and customer-focused individuals are sought after to provide a quality customer experience and act as first point of contact for all swim centre related enquiries and bookings.

As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer satisfaction and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner.

The Ideal Candidate Will Require
  • Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment
  • Excellent communication & customer service skills
  • Strong time management and organisational ability
  • Experience dealing with customer enquiries and complaints
  • Experience using leisure management software
  • Experience in database management and report writing
