About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Contributions Planning Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our Contributions Planning Team, overseeing development contributions and guiding planning agreements.

This is a strategic and high-impact role that will play a vital part in shaping the future of our community. If you have a proven track record in leadership and management, excellent communication skills, and experience in planning and project management, we encourage you to apply.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in interpreting planning instruments, developing project plans, and tracking progress. They will also possess exceptional customer and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with executive staff, councillors, and external stakeholders.

In this role, you will contribute to the establishment of long-term customer service programs, plans, and initiatives aimed at improving service levels and ensuring standards are met by staff under your control.

As a seasoned professional, you will have extensive experience in planning years in advance for critical, long-term strategies. A degree qualification in Town Planning, Asset Management, Civil and Structural Engineering, or Financial Management would be highly regarded.
