">About the Opportunity
">The Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) is seeking applications for two APS6 Team Leaders, First Nations Liaison Officers, to join the User Experience and Accessibility team.
">These hybrid positions can be located in various cities across Australia and are non-ongoing for a period of 12 months with the possibility of extension.
">Key Responsibilities

- Lead the national engagement and liaison responsibility which contributes to the Tribunal's overall cultural capability, cultural safety, and approach to closing the gap and reconciliation plan.">
- Build community engagement and manage relationships in a culturally diverse environment, communicating issues sensitively and effectively to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.">
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to staff to foster respect, inclusion, and cultural and psychosocial safety in the workplace.">
- Develop and implement projects and programs relevant to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples and communities.">
- Maintain accurate records and reports, and provide quality and timely advice to stakeholders.">
About You
">To be successful, you will have:

- A proven track record of working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, preferably in a government or not-for-profit setting.">
