About the Opportunity

The Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) is seeking applications for two APS6 Team Leaders, First Nations Liaison Officers, to join the User Experience and Accessibility team.

These hybrid positions can be located in various cities across Australia and are non-ongoing for a period of 12 months with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the national engagement and liaison responsibility which contributes to the Tribunal's overall cultural capability, cultural safety, and approach to closing the gap and reconciliation plan.">
  • Build community engagement and manage relationships in a culturally diverse environment, communicating issues sensitively and effectively to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.">
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to staff to foster respect, inclusion, and cultural and psychosocial safety in the workplace.">
  • Develop and implement projects and programs relevant to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples and communities.">
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, and provide quality and timely advice to stakeholders.">
