Early Childhood Education Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Childhood Education Assistant to join our team. As an integral member of our service, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0-6 years.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.

  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
  • Current Identify and Respond to Children and Young People at Risk Certificate and Child Protection Update 2023
  • Current First Aid Certificate, Asthma Certificate, Anaphylaxis Certificate and CPR Certificate, as approved by ACECQA
  • Working with children check

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and implementing developmental programs and curriculums that cater to the diverse needs of our children. You will also be expected to work collaboratively with other educators to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment.

As a valued member of our team, you will receive ongoing support, advice, and information on the sector and curriculum. You will also have access to professional development opportunities, including coaching and mentoring online and face-to-face, as well as additional training.

This is a full-time permanent position, 38 hours per week, with a salary range of $62,201p.a. with progression to $68,663p.a. on demonstrated competencies.
