Anatomical Pathologist Role

We are seeking a skilled Anatomical Pathologist to provide high-quality clinical microbiology services in the largest hospital in the Northern Territory.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct histopathological examinations and prepare reports on specimens received from various departments within the hospital.
  • Provide expert advice and consultation to medical and surgical teams on complex cases.
  • Supervise and train RCPA Anatomical Pathology registrars and participate in research opportunities within the department.

Requirements:

  • Fellowship of the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia (FRCPA) or equivalent.
