Key Job Details

This is a high-level administrative position that provides direct support to the Chief Executive.

  • Managing the Chief Executive's schedule, meetings, and correspondence
  • Administering Board meetings, including agenda coordination and minute-taking
  • Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Provide executive-level support to the Chief Executive, including scheduling appointments, preparing agendas, and taking minutes at Board meetings
  2. Coordinate and prepare materials for Board meetings, including reports, presentations, and other documentation
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, department heads, and external partners

The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
