Professional Agency Account Manager

We are a leading marketing consultancy for the property industry, dedicated to delivering exceptional results for our clients.
About the Role:As an Account Manager at Metropolis, you will play a crucial role in driving brand campaigns for our clients. Reporting directly to an Account Director, your key responsibilities will include facilitating client creative projects, briefing tasks into our studio, reviewing and managing correspondence between the agency and clients.
This is an outstanding opportunity to develop your skills as an agency account manager, working closely with our highly skilled team to deliver successful campaigns.
Main Responsibilities:- Establish and nurture relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal team members.
- Meet regularly with key client stakeholders to take briefs, present work alongside the Account Director, and receive feedback.
- Collaborate with our creative studio, leveraging their expertise to drive optimal results for client campaigns.
- Manage all aspects of project finances, including estimating, delivering projects within scope, and on budget.
- Proactively prepare agendas and contact reports for client meetings.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- 1-2 years of account management or marketing experience.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- A proven track record of building strong relationships.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 AUD, depending on experience.
