About the RoleWe are seeking experienced Fence and Gate Installers, Trades Assistants, and Salespeople to join our Fence, Gate, and Garage Door Installation teams. No prior experience in the industry? That's okay - we will train you and provide opportunities for growth and development. A background in metal, mechanical, or landscaping trades is highly regarded, as is excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Attend multiple client sites per day to undertake quotes, sales, or installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Engage with customers, communicating the process and how we can assist them.
- Use power tools to complete work (for installer roles).
- Build a strong rapport with customers to ensure future business.
- Provide a quality service, including general clean up when complete.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role or a relevant background such as metal trades, handyperson, landscaping, and/or building/labouring.
- Excellent presentation skills (uniform will be provided).
- Enjoy working outdoors.
- Be proactive and solutions-focused.
