Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical delivery of projects, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to ensure buy-in and adoption of proposed solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in frontend web development technologies, including JavaScript (vanilla and frameworks like React), HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with website development, portals, intranets, and content management systems.
  • Strong desire to continue coding and being hands-on in the development process.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in planning, designing, and building high-quality, robust websites or applications.
  • Ability to provide technical leadership and guidance to team members.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate multiple solutions and assess their strengths and weaknesses.
  • Experience in gathering and writing technical specifications.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in a client-facing role, preferably in a consulting or digital agency environment.
