Purpose
You will lead a diverse team in achieving impeccable cleanliness and productivity standards across our shared spaces. Your guidance and coaching skills will be instrumental in fostering motivation and growth among your team members, while also providing top-notch support to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead daily operations to maintain the highest level of cleanliness and organization
- Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration by offering constructive feedback and training opportunities
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of tasks and maintenance needs
- Safely handle specialized equipment and chemicals, prioritizing guest safety and satisfaction
- Provide warm and welcoming assistance to guests with inquiries and security matters

Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in Housekeeping, coupled with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities, while maintaining a positive attitude
- Physical fitness to work in both internal and external settings, including staircases and uncovered areas
- A willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds
