Customer Service Team Member Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Team Member to join our team at Woolworths Supermarkets. As a Customer Service Team Member, you will be the last point of contact for our customers, providing a great shopping experience and ensuring their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Collect trolleys from around the store, car park, and surrounding areas.
  • Rotate through various areas of the store, including customer service, checkout, and scanning groceries.
