Horticulture Maintenance Professional

B.O.T Landscapes is a small garden maintenance and landscape company. We are an all-round horticulture company providing an encompassing service from design to construction to regular maintenance.
- We are looking for motivated professional individuals who have aligned values and work ethic to join our team.
- Regularly maintain residential gardens and lawns on fortnightly, monthly and 8 weekly schedules.
- Have a pleasant friendly manner when interacting with clients who have expectations about their gardens.
Required Skills:
- Driver's license
- Certificate III in Parks and Gardens, Horticulture or Nursery (preferrable)
- Initiative - see something needs to be done do it don't wait to be asked
- Some experience in residential gardens required
- Genuine interest in the industry
- Strong work ethic even after a big weekend
- Attention to detail seeing little things and knowing they mean as much as big things
- Strong communication skills manners and respectful attitude towards fellow employees supervisors clients and the general public around work sites
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday Expected Hours: 38 per week Experience Gardening: 1 year preferred Work Authorisation Australia required
