This boutique law firm has established itself on the Northern Beaches, delivering a range of services to its long-standing clients for numerous decades. With a strong reputation in the community, the firm is seeking a Part-Time Legal Administrator to join their team.

Job Description

A Permanent Part Time role as a Legal Administrator involves providing administrative support, diary & email management, preparing and processing legal documents, dictaphone typing, liaising with clients, and performing ad-hoc secretarial duties from 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, with 1 hour lunch break.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 AUD, depending on experience. This role offers flexible working arrangements, opportunities for professional growth, and a supportive work environment.

Requirements and Qualifications
  1. Minimum 2 years' experience as a Legal Secretary;
  2. Experience using LEAP software is highly desirable;
  3. Exposure to Wills and Estates practice area is an advantage;
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in liaising with clients, lawyers, and senior staff members;
  5. Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and time management abilities;
  6. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
