Job Description

Cyber security professionals play a pivotal role in safeguarding critical IT infrastructure and industrial systems from cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership in the secure design, implementation, and operation of IT and OT environments
  • Develop and implement tailored security controls to mitigate risks specific to OT/ICS/SCADA assets (e.g. PLCs, HMIs, DCS)
  • Serve as an expert on threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigations specific to IT/OT networks and systems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain OT policies, standards, and guidelines, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and values
  • Support continuous monitoring and reporting on the compliance status of IT systems against internal and external requirements
  • Conduct and support GRC coordinated audits, assessments, and reviews, providing recommendations for improvement and remediation
  • Offer guidance and support to business units and functions on cyber engineering and resilience matters, promoting awareness and accountability
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on cyber issues and initiatives
  • Collaborate within the Cyber Security Group including Operations, Architecture, and GRC teams
  • Support the development of the cyber engineering and resilience team and resources, ensuring competence and capability
