Physiotherapy Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the physical needs of patients, promoting optimal recovery and wellness.
- Design and implement individualised treatment plans aimed at achieving patient recovery, utilising evidence-based practices.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and self-management techniques, ensuring a collaborative approach.
- Maintain accurate patient records and participate in quality improvement initiatives, enhancing patient care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for integrated care, providing comprehensive support to patients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy, ensuring a strong foundation in clinical practice.
- Registration with AHPRA, demonstrating compliance with professional standards.
- Previous experience in a private practice setting is preferred but not mandatory, with opportunities for growth and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, adapting to the demands of a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Commitment to continuous professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices.
