We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our Workplace Rehabilitation team at IPAR. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering holistic, client-centered services to support individuals in returning to work after injury.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and develop strategies for safe return to work
  • Collaborate with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals to implement effective rehabilitation plans
  • Develop and deliver injury prevention and workplace education programs to promote a safe and healthy work environment
  • Manage caseloads and prioritize tasks to ensure timely and effective service delivery
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service outcomes and client satisfaction
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy
  • Full Professional Registration with AHPRA or ESSA
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage caseloads
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve service goals
