About the Position:
We are currently seeking a Security Supervisor/Leadership opportunity to manage the day-to-day operations of one of our sites in MT ISA.
The Security Supervisor position will involve coordinating with local site-based client representatives, Securecorp head office, and site officers.
Key Responsibilities- Liaising with clients, customers, and staff
- Ensuring compliance through quality system management
- Leading and coordinating a medium to large-size team
- Managing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Auditing and reporting on service delivery assurance
- Preparing incident reports and monthly report management
- Equipment management
Rostered Hours: 4 on 4 off - 12 hour shifts (day and night) with an estimated remuneration of approximately AU$80,000 per annum.
