**Job Opportunity:** Cleaning and Maintenance

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as a maintenance employee. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant, including both internal and external areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all aspects of the internal and external restaurant environment are clean, functioning, and welcoming for customers, crew, and managers.
  • Maintain equipment to ensure it operates safely and efficiently.
  • Clean the restaurant carpark, patio, and exterior equipment, including bins, gardens, curbs, signage, floors, tables, and chairs.
  • Organize and clean the back area of the restaurant, including the corral area and staff toilets.
  • Perform ad hoc maintenance tasks as requested by management.
