About the Role

This is an entry-level sales position where you will be responsible for conducting detailed hair health consultations, matching customers with their perfect products and sharing your growing product knowledge to create personalized shopping experiences.

  • Conduct detailed hair health consultations to identify customers' needs and provide expert advice on products that meet those needs.
  • Share your growing product knowledge to help customers achieve their hair and beauty goals, creating long-lasting relationships through genuine care and expert advice.
  • Drive sales through your authentic passion for beauty and product expertise, contributing to an inspiring store environment through creative merchandising.
  • Support the salon team as required to deliver outstanding customer service.
Requirements

We are looking for someone who lives and breathes hair and beauty, with a love for learning about new products and sharing that knowledge. Previous retail or beauty industry experience is valuable but not essential – your passion for beauty and eagerness to learn are what matter most.
