Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Parts Interpreter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong time management and organizational skills, as well as the ability to develop a learning mindset.

This is a 5-day week position, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:36 pm with a one-hour lunch break. You will be working in a central Brisbane location with off-street free parking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest experience that exceeds expectations.
  • Develop a learning mindset to learn dealership processes.
  • Work efficiently and effectively, with strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Communicate exceptionally, both verbally and over the phone.
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism and personal presentation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year experience in parts sales and interpretation.
  • Experience with Microcat & Parts Check, ERA.
  • Good computer literacy.
  • Toyota Parts Experience highly regarded.
