Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Director to join our team. As an Account Director, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our customers' security strategies and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in account management and consultative sales, with a deep understanding of cybersecurity and services. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans, driving new business opportunities, and leading full sales cycles. Your focus will be on new logo acquisition and growing wallet share across advisory, professional, and managed services.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive new business opportunities and lead full sales cycles to acquire new logos and expand existing relationships.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to shape and deliver proposals that meet customers' needs.
  • Grow subscription and license revenues through renewals and upsell.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and workshops to build joint roadmaps with clients and identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our advisory and delivery teams to extend services into accounts and deliver value-led solutions.
What We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual who possesses the following qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in account management or consultative sales in cybersecurity and services.
  • A proven ability to sell to enterprise and government customers.
  • Experience building strategy and managing complex sales cycles.
  • A strong understanding of cyber advisory services and regulatory frameworks.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and drive growth.
