Kronos Ukg Solution Architect

We are seeking a skilled Kronos UKG solution architect to join our team on a contract basis in Sydney.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and working on new business requirements, configuring pay policies, accruals, and other modules, and providing solutions to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective pay policy configurations to meet business needs
- Analyze and work on new business requirements, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
- Configure and troubleshoot various modules, including accruals and clocks
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operations
- Provide excellent communication skills to collaborate with the team
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Good knowledge of UKG Dimensions and WFC 8.1 and older versions
- UKG certifications as an added advantage
- Extensive experience in configuring pay policies, accruals, and other modules
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Duration:
This contract is for 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
Eligibility:
Candidates must be Australian or New Zealand citizens or hold permanent residency status.
