Associate Solicitor

The Supreme Court of Victoria is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to serve as the Associate to the Honourable Justice Attiwill. The role involves working on a diverse range of general commercial and corporations matters within the Commercial Court of the Supreme Court of Victoria.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to gain invaluable experience at the Court and contribute to the administration of justice. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing high-level legal research and providing expert advice
- Liaising with Court staff, the public, the media, and the profession
- Managing the daily demands of Justice Attiwill's cases and acting as chambers' first point of contact
- Undertaking administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of the Chambers
To be successful in this role, you will need strong academic credentials, excellent research skills, the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, strong attention to detail, excellent time management and organisational skills, and a strong interest in a career in the law.
