The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications, discipline-specific registration, and experience working with children and adults living with disabilities. They will be passionate about delivering high-quality care, working collaboratively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and provide interventions for children and adults living with disabilities
  • Work within the NDIS to maximize client function, capacity, and social engagement
  • Assist clients with assistive technology assessment, recommendations, and applications
  • Document and report timely and effectively
  • Manage a varied caseload and meet professional expectations
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field
  • Discipline-specific professional registration
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Police Check and International Police Check (if applicable)
  • Driver's license and reliable vehicle access
