Steel Processing Operator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Steel Processing operator to join our client's manufacturing team in Yatala. As a skilled steel processing operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines, plasma cutters, and beam lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality steel products.
  • Operate plasma cutters and beam lines to cut and shape steel materials.
  • Perform repetitive lifting tasks up to 25kg.
  • Work to strict time frames to meet production deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 20-25kg.
  • Ability to stand for long periods.
  • Experience in a machine operating environment.
  • Forklift License is highly advantageous.
