Are you a Heavy Diesel Technician looking to take the next step in your career? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Heavy Diesel Maintenance Supervisor to join our Emeco team in the Goldfields.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heavy Diesel Technician to lead our heavy earthmoving fleet maintenance team. As a Heavy Diesel Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and optimization of our fleet, providing support to our rental fleet, and working safely to minimize the risk of injury to yourself and others.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ongoing maintenance and optimization of Emeco's heavy earthmoving fleet.
  • Providing support to the Emeco rental fleet as required.
  • Working safely and adhering to relevant HSE policy and procedures to minimize the risk of injury to yourself and others.
  • Ensuring all maintenance and optimization targets are met on time and within budget.
  • Working with Emeco customers and stakeholders to meet larger organizational objectives.

Requirements:

  • A strong commitment to safety and leadership.
  • Significant post-trade experience with heavy earthmoving equipment, namely Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Hitachi.
  • Prior site-based maintenance supervisory experience.
  • A high level of understanding of maintenance and reliability principles.
  • A strong analytical mindset and solution-focused attitude.
  • A current Australian Driver's License.
  • A recognized National Heavy Vehicle Mechanic/Fitter Trade Qualification.
  • Licence to conduct high-risk work with dogging, rigging, crane, and work platform classifications desirable.
