Mortgage Loan Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mortgage Loan Processor to join our team at eFinancialCareers. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of the finance process, from initial submission to settlement and beyond.

• Manage loan applications and ensure timely submission to lenders.
• Collaborate with the loan processing team to ensure smooth loan settlements.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and other external parties.
• Assist with client onboarding, loan documentation, and post-settlement requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with lender guidelines and regulations.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a para-broking or senior mortgage broking assistant role.
• Excellent analysis and written reporting skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a can-do attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple finance deals in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Google Drive, Word, Excel, and aggregation software.
