**Job Overview**

We are seeking a Service Operations Director to lead our Reman East service team to achieve operational goals in safety, quality, productivity, efficiency, and customer engagement.

**About the Role**

  • Oversee the remanufacturing of MTU & Bergen Engine components to ensure quality and timely customer solutions.
  • Manage operational KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics for efficiency and growth.
  • Develop initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, quality and customer engagement in line with Penske's values.
  • Lead, mentor and support your team, ensuring a safe and motivating work environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the Parts Manager and other departments to streamline service and parts operations for maximum efficiency.

**Salary and Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary between AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible work arrangements, Penske Power-Up Day, Refer a friend program, commitment to career development and progression, reward and recognition programs, employee assistance program, family friendly benefits, access to discounted travel, health insurance & motor vehicle leasing options.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the Heavy Vehicle or Diesel Engine Service Industry with a strong grasp of financial metrics.
  • Proven track record in leading teams and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Ability to interpret and resolve technical issues for optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of off-highway services with experience in MTU & Bergen products preferred.
  • Proficient in financial management related to labour sales, costs, and margins.
  • Commitment to safety, health, and environmental standards.
