We are seeking an experienced civil design professional to join our team in Brisbane. This role offers the chance to work on diverse, high-impact projects and contribute your expertise in a collaborative environment.

Job Description:\

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality civil design solutions across a range of projects. They will work closely with architects, landscape architects, and other engineers at project meetings.

Key Responsibilities:\

  • Deliver complex civil design projects with minimal supervision.
  • Contribute to the development of project budgets and preparation of fee proposals.
  • Undertake detailed civil design, including earthworks, drainage, car parks, roads, pavements, and utilities.
  • Support project management activities, including scheduling and reporting.
  • Promote continuous improvement in engineering processes and delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:\

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Chartered Engineer status (or working towards) with NER/RPEQ accreditation.
  • 3+ years' experience in civil design for land development or brownfield projects.
  • Solid technical expertise in civil design with knowledge of relevant guidelines and Australian Standards.
  • Familiarity with brownfield projects, water environments, and water resource management.
  • Proficiency in civil design software such as AutoCAD, 12D, Drains, and Microsoft Project.
