We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Child and Adolescent Mental Health Specialist to join our team at ClearCompany. As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of mental health care for children and adolescents.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide High-Quality Clinical Management: Deliver diagnostic and consultative specialty services in psychiatry, ensuring the highest standards of care for our patients.
- Contribute to Teaching and Research: Participate in teaching, research, and quality improvement initiatives, fostering an academic environment and driving innovation in mental health care.
- Lead Quality Improvement Initiatives: Actively participate in quality improvement activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based solutions to enhance patient outcomes.
Essential Requirements
- Registration and Certification: Hold registration or eligibility for specialist registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and fellowship or pending Fellowship with the Royal Australian New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) or equivalent specialist recognition.
- Advanced Training and Education: Possess completion or near completion of the Certificate in Advanced Training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (RANZCP) or equivalent (desirable).
