Electrical Repair Technician Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Repair Technician to join our team in Kalgoorlie, WA. The successful applicant will be responsible for diagnosing and undertaking electrical repairs on a wide variety of vehicles and plants.

  • Repairing electrical systems on various types of equipment;
  • Installing electrical accessories and ancillary equipment;
  • Testing and repairing digital control systems, including ABS controls;
  • Servicing and repairing ancillary parts and equipment;
  • Requisitioning parts and equipment where necessary;
  • Dismantling and removing electrical and electronic assemblies and components in motor vehicles and plants.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • AQF Certificate III in Automotive Electrician or an equivalent qualification recognised by VETASSESS or TRA;
  • The ability to pass a pre-employment medical and a drug and alcohol test;
  • The ability to obtain a current satisfactory National Police Clearance.
