Program Director Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead and manage large technology-based programs. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivery managing multiple large programs for blue-chip clients.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing large technology-based programs to ensure delivery on time, budget, and within quality.
  • Collaborating with the client to align all key stakeholders into one team that has a shared vision and path to success.
  • Ensuring transparency in reporting and all communications, solid stakeholder management, and implementing rigorous program management and control disciplines.

The successful candidate will also possess:

  • A successful track record of delivery managing multiple large programs.
  • Excellent references from previous employers and client sponsors.
  • Natural team-building skills, having managed 40+ staff.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and foster strategic relationships.
  • Experience in the delivery of programs using waterfall, agile, and hybrid techniques.
