Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished learning consultant to join our team. This role plays a vital part in developing and delivering learning and development solutions that enhance the capabilities of our people.

As a key member of our People Development team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to design, develop, and implement large-scale development initiatives that align with our business needs.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of contemporary approaches to leadership, coaching, and development.

The successful candidate will also possess tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Teaching, Adult Education, or Human Resources, with a preference for Cert IV or equivalent in Training & Assessment.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have expertise in designing learning solutions that align with business needs, leveraging experience to consult with customers and third parties.

Proficient in facilitating learning in person, digitally, and through blended learning solutions, the successful candidate will be able to adapt their approach to meet the diverse needs of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver high-quality learning solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve our offerings.
