Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our team in providing care to our aged care facility residents. As a Registered Nurse in our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our care staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care to aged care facility residents
  • Work collaboratively with care staff to ensure the best possible outcomes
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans
  • Provide education and support to care staff
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
  • Completed Bachelor of Nursing or AHPRA Approved General Nursing Certificate
  • Immunisation Evidence for COVID-19, Hep B, Varicella, Pertussis, Measles, Mumps & Rubella
  • Ability to provide minimum 2 clinical referees (Supervisors or Clinical Managers)
  • Current CPR/BLS Practical
