Caregiver Advocate

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Transitional Aged Care Program. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, and possess strong clinical knowledge.

• Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
• Proven experience in providing person-centred nursing care within a residential aged care setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, residents, and families.
• Ability to apply evidence-based practice and critical thinking to inform care decisions.
