Aged Care Quality Lead Role

This is a key leadership opportunity to champion innovation and quality across our Seniors Living services in North Queensland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement improvement initiatives across aged care services

  • Empower staff with knowledge and skills to ensure consistency in high-quality care
  • Support service re-accreditations and ensure adherence to legislative and regulatory requirements

Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma in a relevant field or 5+ years in a quality role
  • Strong knowledge of aged care accreditation standards
  • Clinical experience in aged care (RN, EN, or allied health)
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Current driver's licence and ability to travel across the region
