We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at IPA Personnel. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering Phones and Directing Calls: Respond to incoming calls, greet clients and visitors, and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Contractor Signing In Process: Manage the signing in and out process for contractors, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and accurate.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
  • Office Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the front desk area and surrounding offices.

Requirements:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
