Citi's Corporate Advisory role is instrumental in providing strategic guidance for mergers, acquisitions and other financial transactions.

The team plays a key part in helping clients raise funds and manage capital effectively.

This position will be focused on the Industrials sector and based in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute business activities associated with Industrials clients.
  • Apply past experience to enhance M&A execution and capital raising capabilities.
  • Contribute to building the firm's franchise by leveraging expertise and skills.
  • Manage and mentor analysts by providing detailed guidance and feedback.
  • Drive workstreams as the key intermediary between seniors and analysts.
  • Assess risk when business decisions are made, considering the firm's reputation and safeguarding clients and assets.
Qualifications:
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in investment banking or a related field.
  • Experience creating financial analyses and solving complex problems.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within teams.
