About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our Ipswich team on a permanent, full-time basis. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties and driving growth through client relationships and new opportunities. Your expertise in Residential Tenancy Legislation and industry experience within the local area will be essential in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs
    • Identify and cultivate new opportunities for new and existing clients' investments
  • Property Management
    • Carry out routine property inspections
    • Manage debtor accounts
    • Prepare necessary documents for new and existing landlords and tenants
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with the Elders Rural team to provide exceptional service to clients
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of business strategies

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Property Manager
  • Industry experience within the local area
  • Understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation
  • Current driver's license and property management license
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Enthusiasm, energy, and high level of organization
