About the Role:
The role involves delivering high-quality maintenance and service offerings to our customers. This includes installation, repair, and emergency breakdown services for our product range.
This position requires a strong focus on quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Install, repair, and maintain our product range
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with relevant industry standards
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Liaise with customers regarding repairs and installations
- Collaborate with Service Coordinators or Planners to resolve site-related issues
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Maintenance Technician
- Experience in the building materials, service, and/or installation industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of maintenance processes
- Familiarity with geographic locations of cities/states
- Technical understanding of automatic sliding, swing, and revolving doors, and associated equipment
