At the Yorke and Northern Local Health Network, we are seeking a dedicated Personal Care Worker to join our team.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing high-quality care to residents and patients across various sites in the Yorke and Northern region.
Job DescriptionAs a Personal Care Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. You will also help with feeding and maintaining mobility and dexterity through transferring and lifting.
You will be working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that residents receive comprehensive care. This role requires a strong focus on patient-centered care, empathy, and compassion.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have completed an AQF Certificate III relevant to the position. You will also require a National Police Certificate and a satisfactory Criminal History Check.
