Digital Solutions Lead

At Schneider Electric, we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Solutions Lead to join our team in Sydney, NSW. This exciting opportunity will involve leading the development of business solutions offers and supporting the Sales team and customers throughout the lifecycle of opportunities.
The successful candidate will lead a team of Tender Managers within Digital Power Business, driving the execution and tendering process across various areas, including Digital and Advanced Solutions for Electrical Substations, Distribution Networks, Microgrids, Smart Grids, Renewable Generation, and Railways.

Salary Estimate: AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description: This role requires a strong understanding of tender documentation, including specifications, contractual terms, standards, procedures, and company guidelines. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience in a Senior Tendering role, with knowledge of Automation Control Systems and Protections Relays solutions for Electrical Systems, as well as SCADA Systems for C&SP, Renewable, Buildings, and Distribution Control Centre Systems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of business solutions offers and support the Sales team and customers throughout the lifecycle of opportunities.
- Promote pricing culture in the tendering team and ensure they systematically present the way to reach the target price given by the Sales team.
- Review RFQ documentation and assist with the formulation of order-winning strategies.
- Prepare tender documentation, including cost summary sheets, technical compliance, risk assessments, and approval documentation.
- Liaise with supply chain/factories for pricing purposes and develop and maintain relationships.
- Submit completed tender proposals to meet customer deadlines.
- Animate multi-BU tender preparation and consolidate technical and financial data.
- Optimize future execution setup and participate in external partners detection and qualification.
- Deploy transformation initiatives with a lean and agile management & mindset.
