We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanic to join our team at Busways. As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, inspecting, reconditioning, repairing, and assembling vehicles to ensure safety, quality, and Busways standards.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with vehicles
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
- Ensure all maintenance work is performed according to company procedures
- Attend breakdowns and carry out any field-related mechanical repairs
- Effectively communicate any safety or maintenance issues
- Relevant trade qualifications, such as MVTC
- Experience in the service and maintenance of vehicles
- Sound level of verbal and written communication
- Experience in working in a team environment on daily maintenance and repair schedules
