Seeking an accomplished Clinical Leader to spearhead a multidisciplinary team in delivering exceptional client-focused care, aligned with the Aged Care Quality Standards and robust Clinical Governance Framework.

The Opportunity

This leadership role involves close collaboration with the Service Manager to ensure high standards of clinical care, promoting holistic, compassionate care that reflects our mission and values.

About You
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Clinical Nurse, preferably in Residential Aged Care, with strong clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Current registration with AHPRA and demonstrated experience working with people with dementia and their families.
  • Proven leadership capabilities, passion for mentoring others, and a collaborative approach to working within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Understanding of clinical audits, continuous improvement processes, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with aged care standards and sector requirements, including recruitment and staff performance management.
  • Ability to work varied hours and participate in an on-call roster.
