Academic Quality Excellence Position
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with expertise in academic quality assurance and leadership to join our team as an Academic Quality Excellence Partner. This role will play a key part in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our education programs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance student outcomes and educator capability
  • Provide guidance and support to educators on best practice training delivery, assessment, and validation
  • Conduct quality reviews and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address quality gaps and develop action plans for improvement
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:
  • Degree in Education or related field
  • Proven experience in educational quality assurance and leadership
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with educators, administrators, and external stakeholders
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
