The Role
  • Morning Shifts - Public Area Cleaning:
    • Maintain hotel common areas by vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and wiping down furniture.
    • Set up and pack down tables and chairs.
    • Keep all public zones sparkling clean.
  • Evening Shifts - Kitchen Operations:
    • Assist with general food preparation and plating.
    • Dishwashing duties include pans, pots, utensils, and other equipment.
    • Clean the kitchen and perform end-of-shift tidying tasks.
    • Provide support during service hours, including food running and kitchen assistance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A flexible attitude, teamwork skills, and willingness to adapt to new situations are essential. Compliance with WHS & Food Safety regulations is mandatory.
