Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and organized Minibar Attendant to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Restocking in-room minibars with precision and efficiency
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards of minibar stock
  • Completing orders and resolving guest queries promptly and professionally
  • Ensuring safety and security of minibar stock
  • Reporting stock levels, variances, and rotating stock effectively

Requirements

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to interact respectfully with guests
  • Knowledge of hotel operations an asset but not required
