About the Role
We are seeking a hungry, focused, and resilient sales professional with great collaboration and execution skills to help grow our business across the ANZ market unit. This role involves hunting into strategic target accounts, building pipeline, creating, and closing new opportunities.
You will lead with IFS's award-winning products while also having access to our broader portfolio to bring value to customers. You will use industry knowledge and enterprise software sales expertise to identify and qualify deals, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
This is an exciting opportunity within a high-growth market unit undergoing transformational growth (organic and inorganic). We are an ever-evolving business challenging and disrupting industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver strong sales execution and continuously improve these skills
- Develop, own, and execute the Go-To-Market Strategy for nominated industries
- Prepare, own, and maintain Territory Plan for agreed verticals
- Prepare Account Plans including deal action cards, mutual evaluation plans, and power maps for named accounts
- Owning the end-to-end sales process, including demand generation, understanding customer needs, agreeing mutual evaluation processes, owning RFI/RFP processes, building business cases for change, and winning business
- Collaborate with partners to penetrate accounts, create joint sales plays, accelerate deal cycles, maximize value, and provide strong delivery plans for happy referenceable customers
- 100% responsibility for achieving annual sales targets and delivering quarterly budgets
- Maintain complete CRM and account hygiene, ensuring accurate forecasting
- Liaise with Sales leadership and Global teams to build a strong internal network and collaboration
Qualifications
You will demonstrate:
- In-industry, enterprise software sales quota-carrying sales cycle delivery across assigned geographical markets, industries, and accounts
- An entrepreneurial mindset with innate curiosity and resilience
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and commitment to data hygiene and accurate reporting
- Willingness and appreciation of the sales process, including cadence, forecasting, and accurate reporting
- A track record of consistently meeting and over-achieving quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and local languages relevant to the market geography
- Comfort working within a matrix-rich organisation, building relationships, and finding support to get the job done
Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 AUD per annum, depending on experience. Exciting benefits include comprehensive health insurance, CSR leave, birthday leave, generous parental leave, flexible working arrangements, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
